Judith is a fully registered teaching member of the Royal Academy of Dance (Ballet), and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (Tap, Modern & National branches). She also holds the LAMDA Acting Diploma and the RADA Certificate in Shakespeare.
She is a Grades Examiner with The Royal Academy of Dance, and holds Fellowship Status with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.
She is also an affiliated adjudicator for the British and International Federation of Festivals.
Judith is a full Equity Member, and started her acting career with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, under the direction of Michael Croft, and going on to work as a professional dancer/actress, travelling extensively throughout the UK, Europe, Japan, America and the Caribbean. She also spent 18 months working in British Circus and as an aerial ballet artiste.
Television/film credits include: Spender, A Time to Dance, Charlie Chaplin, Billy Smarts Christmas and Easter Circus’s, Robert Bros. Easter Circus, Circus World Championships.
After retiring from her performing career, Judith went on to examine for British Theatre Dance Association and also became an RSA qualified fitness instructor.
Judith has principal of JVS Performing Arts for over 20 years , as well as being Head of Dance and Drama at Milverton House School, she has also been guest choreographer and dance instructor on the Theatre Magnet of Dr. Phillips High School, Orlando, Florida, and Dance Instructor at Montverde Academy.
Her time is now spent travelling over the Atlantic working equally between the USA and UK, producing and directing shows, lecturing and teaching.
She lectured at the International Dance Teachers Web Conference and Expo in Las Vegas alongside top choreographers and teachers including Wayne Sleep and Miller and Ben.
She has recently toured Brazil, Canada, USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Portugal, Austria and Germany in her capacity as an Examiner.
After providing juvenile dancers and choreographing for Christmas pantomime regularly over the years, Judith then produced and directed these popular professional pantomimes.
In her spare time Judith enjoys dinner with friends and cycling, and is a member of Rotary International.

Jenni Ptohopoulos began her training at JVS Performing Arts in the UK at the age of 2, during this time she performed in various shows at world renowned theatre’s such as Sadlers Wells, Her Majesty’s Theatre, The Cambridge Theatre and also Disneyland Paris, she also appeared in professional shows and pantomimes.
After studying on the Professional/Teachers course at Preston College, worked professionally in shows,TV and corporate work around the world and in the UK, including the world famous Tihany Spectacular where she spent 5 years touring Central and South America.
This sparked her love for Circus skills and she began training in Circus Arts, including Double Trapeze, Single Trapeze, Silks, and Aerial Hoop.
Jenni then spent a year teaching in Singapore at the following prestigious schools:
Singapore Chinese Girls School, Haig Girls School, Raffles Pre School, Jitterbugs Swingapore and Lasalle College of the Arts (the country's finest Musical Theatre and Arts University)
Jenni’s dance workshops at The Esplanade Theatre, one of Singapore´s largest theatre venues, were continually sold out, and she choreographed on the hit Singaporean TV series Zero Hero, and has produced work for Singapore Chinese Girls School Arts Performance, Jitterbugs Swingapore Wanna Dance, and Child Aid (a high profile charity show that raises millions of dollars enabling poorer children to have access to the arts)
She performed aerial arts shows whilst in Singapore at Sentosa, home of Universal Studios.
Jenni returned to JVS Performing Arts in 2011 as Studio Manager, and is happy to pass on her skills and knowledge of performing arts on to her students.
Jenni is an associate of the Royal Academy of Dance, she has completed her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and holds Registered Teacher Status. Jenni also has two Diplomas in Dance Education with the ISTD in both Modern Theatre and Tap dance.
Gemma began her dance training at JVS Performing Arts at the age of 3. Gemma has achieved her advanced grades in Ballet, Tap and Modern.
During her time at JVS Gemma has danced in many shows at renowned theatres such as Sadler's Wells, Her Majesty's ,The Royal Albert Hall and danced in various professional Pantomimes and Shows working alongside Jeremy Beadle and Arthur Bostrom (Allo,allo). She took part in the Genee Dance Challenge at Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2010. Gemma has participated in dance festivals all over the region and has qualified many times for the All England Semi Finals. She is also a member of prestigious Tap Attack which is the largest tap company in the UK.
Gemma has completed her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of dance and also holds a 3 Diploma's in Dance Instruction with the ISTD.
Hayley has been dancing since the age of 16, and has studied at Stratford Upon-Avon College, Northern School of Contemporary Dance and the Royal Academy of Dance. Hayley has recently gained a second upper class honours degree in Dance Education, Hayley is an RAD Registered Teacher and a fully qualified Pilates Instructor.
Hayley worked as a professional dancer for a number of years, performing in music videos, television performances, pantomimes and contemporary pieces across the UK. Her training continued throughout this time in London at Pineapple Studios, Studio 68 and Danceworks. Hayley aims to let her experience in the industry inform her classes, to create original choreography and explore new ideas.
Angela started dancing when she was three at the Austin Thomas School of Dance in Stafford and she trained with Elizabeth Austin until she was sixteen before successfully auditioning for Central School of Ballet in London. As well as her early training in ballet she also studied ISTD Modern, Tap and National and whilst at Central she studied contemporary dance and Benesh Notation. She completed all her RAD vocational exams before graduating from Central and then toured Europe and the Middle East as a professional dancer working with various groups.
She took a career break and returned to studying and gained a First Class Honours in Applied Physics at UCL,London and whilst there she taught ballet and jazz to the students. Her love of dance brought her back to a career in teaching when her daughter started ballet and she has now taught RAD grade and vocational work plus competition work for the past ten years
